Is the Packaging discreet?
Yes, we only use plain, discreet packaging without any branding or labels.
Is the service confidential?
Your medical data and order history is completely confidential and will only be viewable by our pharmacy staff.
How old do I need to be to order?
To order and use Express Pharmacy you must be 18 years old. There will be an age verification process when placing your orders. Buying prescription medication on behalf of a minor is also prohibited.
How can I make a complaint?

Do you store my card/bank details?
No, we do not store any customer payment card details on our system.
My order has arrived damaged/seems tampered with. What can I do?
Please contact customer services as soon as possible if your order has arrived opened or damaged.
I no longer need my order; can I return it?
Due to UK laws and regulations, prescription medicines cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund once they have been dispatched for delivery. If you no longer require the treatment please take it to your doctor surgery or your local pharmacy to have it disposed safely.
